Nicehearts’ operations are supervised and guided by our board, whose work is governed by the rules of Nicehearts. The board consists of a chairperson, five to seven regular board members and two deputy members. The board members are elected at the association’s annual autumn meeting. The term of office for a board member is two years. The Executive Director of Nicehearts acts as the presenting officer for the board.
